Fristam Pumps India at Anuga FoodTec India Dairy 2026

Anuga FoodTec India Dairy 2026 ran from 22nd to 24th April in Delhi, organised by Koelnmesse Pvt. Ltd. The event brought the full dairy production chain into one space: raw milk handling, processing, packaging, cold chain, and distribution. For manufacturers who were looking to upgrade or scale, it was the kind of event where real decisions started getting made, not just ideas exchanged.

Fristam Pumps India has been part of the dairy processing industry for several decades. This year’s participation was partly about north India, a region where dairy processing is picking up and where Fristam wanted a stronger foothold. The team brought products from its mixing, blending, and pump categories and put them through live demonstrations on the floor.

What Made the Dairy Expo Worth Attending

Not every industry event earns three full days of attention from serious buyers. This particular expo kept delivering all the way through, and here’s what made the difference:
  • India’s Leading Dairy Platform: This is the most focused dairy processing event in India, drawing in cooperatives, private dairies, and equipment suppliers from across the country who are serious about what they are building.
  • Every Stage of Production in One Place: From raw milk intake to cold chain and final distribution, the entire dairy value chain was represented, which made conversations with buyers at different levels much more direct.
  • Manufacturers Who Were Already Planning: A large share of dairy brands at the expo were either already mid-upgrade or actively planning one. The urgency on the floor was around finding dependable equipment partners, not just browsing options.
  • Floor-Level Conversations: The setup pushed direct engagement between technology providers and dairy brands. Most booth conversations were grounded in specific production problems, which made the interactions useful for both sides.
  • Big Names at the Fristam Booth: National Dairy Research Institute, Punjab Dairy, and Britannia came to the Fristam booth and spent real time going through the products on display.

Fristam's Showcase at the Expo

Three days of live demonstrations, and the booth stayed busy. The products were chosen to address problems that dairy plants tend to run into on the floor, specifically around output consistency, seal durability, and moving sensitive dairy products without damaging them.
  • PM Powder Induction Mixer and FSP Shear Mixer: Both units are from the Mixing and Blending range. They are built to give smooth, lump-free output without stopping the line, which is non-negotiable in dairy production where every batch needs to match the last one. Existing customers at the event gave positive feedback on both systems.
  • FL2 Positive Displacement Pump: A new pump developed indigenously by Fristam, which drew consistent attention at the booth. The sealing mechanism is built to last longer and reduce leakage, which directly cuts down on maintenance stoppages. Its stainless-steel gearbox suits food-grade environments well, and the pump supports horizontal and vertical mounting for different plant layouts.
  • Lobe Pump and Screw Feeder with Twin Screw Pump: The Lobe Pump is built for products like yoghurt, cream, curd, and whey. It moves them without breaking down texture or consistency, which matters on high-volume lines where any variation is a real problem. The Screw Feeder paired with a Twin Screw Pump was also shown live, demonstrating that Fristam builds setups around what customers specifically need rather than selling a standard configuration.

Why the North India Play Mattered

North India is seeing genuine investment in dairy processing infrastructure, and Fristam wanted direct access to the manufacturers driving that growth. Existing customers who dropped by the booth gave feedback that helped the team have tighter conversations with newer leads across the same three days

What the Expo Delivered - Wrapping Up

Fristam Pumps India came out of those three days with better visibility in a growing market and a clearer sense of what dairy manufacturers in the north are working with. The products on display, from the FL2 PD Pump to the powder induction systems, reflect where the company is putting its development effort: equipment that handles real production demands, not just one that looks good on a data sheet.
Fristam continues to build out its mixing, blending, and pump range for the dairy sector. For more details on what was showcased at the expo, reach out to the team at sales@fristam.in or check the full product range on the website.
